These terms cover the Routeframe plugin in ChatGPT and posters bought on routeframe.ambientapp.ai. Routeframe is provided by The Open Apps, Inc. (Delaware, United States), "we" and "us". You can reach us by email at routeframe@ambientapp.ai. By using Routeframe or placing an order you agree to these terms.
What Routeframe does
Routeframe draws a finisher poster of a race from our catalogue: the course, traced from OpenStreetMap data, with the city, distance and year and the name, time and short line you give. You can order the poster printed or framed. We sell physical posters only; we don't sell or send digital files.
Your text
You're responsible for the name, time and line you put on a poster. Only use a name you have the right to use (your own, or someone you're giving the poster to), and don't use text that is offensive, misleading, or that infringes anyone's rights. We don't print race names, organiser or sponsor names or logos, and we may refuse or cancel an order whose text breaks these terms, with a full refund.
Courses
Course lines are traced from OpenStreetMap and checked against the race's official distance. Race courses change between years and our line may differ in places from the official course of a given year. Routeframe isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any race, organiser or sponsor.
Prices and payment
You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. Prices are in US dollars and include standard shipping to the countries we ship to (the United States). Any sales tax is added at checkout. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, which is the same in ChatGPT and on our site. Payment is taken by Stripe on our checkout page. An order is accepted when payment succeeds.
Printing and delivery
Posters are made to order and printed and shipped by our print partner, Gelato. Delivery usually takes 5 to 9 business days from payment; dates are estimates. Colours on paper can look slightly different from a screen.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
- You can cancel within 2 hours of paying by emailing routeframe@ambientapp.ai with your order number; we refund in full if printing hasn't started.
- Because each poster is personalised and made to order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind.
- If a poster arrives damaged, misprinted or doesn't arrive, email routeframe@ambientapp.ai within 30 days of the delivery estimate, with a photo if it's damaged. We'll reprint it or refund you, as you prefer.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Routeframe: no automated or bulk use, no attempts to break, overload or get around its limits, and no orders made with someone else's payment card without permission.

How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.
Warranties and liability
Apart from what these terms and consumer law say about your poster, Routeframe is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and changes don't affect orders already paid. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without affecting consumer rights where you live. Questions: routeframe@ambientapp.ai.
